Jazz90.1 WGMC-FM and Greece Baptist Church are pleased to present eight FREE community jazz and big band concerts to be held between October and May. These concerts will take place at Greece Baptist Church in their sanctuary – located at 1230 Long Pond Road. There is plenty of parking available at the church, including close handicap access. This will be the fourth season of this series.
Performances include The GateSwingers Big Band on March 20, and The Greece Jazz Band on April 10. The series will conclude with a performance by The Kodak Concert Band on May 19.
The band will celebrate Black History Month by featuring music from African American composers.

Rochester’s original dance band, the GateSwingers Big Band is an exciting 15-piece band with vocalists and a master of ceremonies.
