The Jazz90.1 MemberCard is on the move….to digital!
Beginning with donations received after January 1, 2025, the Jazz90.1 MemberCard will be completely digital – saving postage and plastic – and ensuring that your dollars go even further to support Jazz90.1.
Moving forward, physical MemberCards will no longer be sent to you, and all benefits and discounts will be accessed through the free MemberCard mobile app and website.
When you donate $100.00 or more to Jazz90.1, you will have the option of opting in to receive a special MemberCard code by mail. From there, you will download the free MemberCard mobile app, create a free account, then unlock all of your savings to local, regional and national merchants.
We ask that you opt in only if you will actually use these discounts. This is a very expensive program for the station, and we would like to ensure that the benefits we send you will actually be used.
When you visit a local MemberCard business, you will show them your MemberCard mobile app to receive your discount. To take advantage of the national discounts, visit the MemberCard website or use your app to score amazing deals.

FAQ’s
What if I still have a plastic MemberCard? If you still have a plastic card – they will be accepted by merchants until the card expires.
I don’t have a smart phone or access to a computer! No problem. You can gift your access code to a friend who does, and they can help you secure those discounts when visiting a business.
When will the new codes expire? The codes will be valid for one year from the date of your donation.

Will the 2-for-1 discounts still work only once? Yes. This has not changed. Once you redeem an offer in the app, that discount will not work again until you renew your membership and receive a new code.
Why did you decide to do this? We didn’t. The decision to end the physical cards was made my MemberCard, and applies to anyone (PBS stations and otherwise,) who subscribe to the program.
Wait a minute. I thought I had to donate $90.10 to receive the MemberCard! Due to the cost of the MemberCard program doubling for us this year, we had no other choice than to bump qualifying donations up a bit. Like everything else, prices do increase.
Can I share the code with family members on different devices? Yes. You will need to set up the accounts using the same name, email and code on each account in order to use across multiple devices. We will no longer send multiple codes per household.
